What is the Lotus Project?
The Lotus Project is a research organization operating in Vietnam created to alleviate poverty and set the foundation of economic development in rural areas. The organization researches and implements renewable energy solutions within ethnic minority groups, while alleviating poverty by catalyzing economic development in the more remote unattended regions.
How can you help?
Manage the execution of 2 pilot projects on the ground
Liaise with local stakeholders (communities, villagers, local government, suppliers, contractors, partners, legal, etc.) to execute the project development plan and implementation of 2 solar micro-grid systems
Manage/delegate tasks among stakeholders
Monitor progress
Required attributes and skills
Ability to initiate, build, and maintain sustainable key stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
Experience with cross-team project management, including budgeting, managing timelines, and working with external partners
Experience with operational programme delivery/management in an NGO or in the energy industry setting
Located in North Vietnam, in proximity to the project sites

Our aim is to develop a replicable community-based framework for remote village in rapidly developing countries.
